We all know that Sakura's heart is devoted to Sasuke and Naruto's is to hers but up to now there is no development into their love triangle.
So maybe? just maybe sakura and this hyuuga (dont know the name but definitely not neji or kou) would be a love tandem.
I think it would be very interesting if sakura is dating this guy. The guy is a hyuuga so for sure it is as strong and as skilled as neji and it would add a different twist to the story especially to the chounins like sakura and naruto's reaction to the fact that sakura is already dating will also be something to watch out.
